The Berlin-based company Visitate is a medium-sized software company and sees itself as a supporter of event organisers. With its software solutions and services, Visitate enables easy and largely automated sales of tickets, guided tours, merchandise and supports customers in structuring all visitor-related processes.

Visitate has been a valued epay customer since 2011 and thus offers its partners suitable hardware solutions.

What convinced you about the epay integration module?

We have been associated with epay for many years and purchase our terminals through them. With the discontinuation of the Verifone H5000, the Ingenico Desk 3500 was recommended to us. To ensure a smooth and uncomplicated connection of the hardware and to be able to offer our customers a larger selection of terminals, we decided to use the epay integration module.

How did the connection of the epay integration module go?

The connection itself was done by a colleague from the technical department. After a few tests and queries, the integration module was up and running after a few days.

What services or additional options do you use with POS integration?

At the moment, we use the epay integration module to be able to integrate all possible terminals without any problems. However, we are in talks with epay to include Alipay and WeChat Pay as well. The goal is to be able to offer foreign tourists additional mobile payment methods.

What has changed for you as a result of the integration?

The connection is up and running and, from a perspective point of view, we can now offer different terminals in our portfolio without having to work on the interface.

Are you satisfied with epay and the service?

Yes, I am. Inquiries are answered quickly and the service staff is always very friendly and helpful.

How likely are you to recommend epay to others?

I would recommend epay with pleasure, so I would say high.
