Why is my account deactivated?

Your account for epay`s digital receipt management will be deactivated for security reasons if you do not log in to the portal for a longer period of time.

What can I do so that my account is not getting deactivated?

To prevent your account from being deactivated, we ask you to log in to the digital receipt management portal at least once every four weeks.

My account is deactivated, how can I activate my account again?

To activate your account, please enter your name and email address in the form at the top of this page. Alternatively, you can also contact your epay representative.

Despite filling out the online reactivation, my account is still deactivated.

Since every request for reactivation must be approved by us, it may take a few days until your account is usable for you again. You will receive an email as soon as your account is reactivated.
