Spreading Christmas Joy Together

For the 6th year in a row, our colleagues came together under the motto “Be an epay Wish Fulfiller – Bring Joy to Others!”—a wonderful tradition that represents solidarity and warmth during the holiday season. This initiative is part of our commitment to support people in need and strengthen local communities. 

This year, 71 colleagues from epay Germany and cadooz rewards fulfilled a total of 90 wishes, donating gifts and gift cards worth over €3,000 for clients of the Caritas social counseling centers in Munich South, which assist adults and families in challenging life situations. The wish tags were placed on Christmas trees at our Martinsried office. Our colleagues selected wishes, purchased gifts, and lovingly wrapped them. All gifts were delivered to Caritas in time for Christmas. 

In addition, our traditional X-Mas Tombola took place at the Christmas party. All tickets sold out in no time, raising over €3,400. Our management generously rounded up and doubled the amount—bringing the total donation to €7,000! On December 11, the donation was handed over by Dr. Samareh Frantz, Managing Director epay Germany, to representatives of Caritas Munich South, who expressed their gratitude and emphasized how vital this support is, especially as the number of people in need continues to rise while available resources become increasingly scarce. 

These two initiatives show that together we can make a real difference—bringing hope and joy where it is needed most, right here in our local community.
