Do, what you love

  • Reporting: You are responsible for creating reports from SQL databases, analyzing and validating them on a regular basis, and creating complex evaluations
  • Product Configuration: You are part of the configuration of products and in charge of the customer management
  • Testing: You test new product developments and work closely with the product and development team
  • Project Support: You are part of our project team and support the daily business and in creating advanced features for our gift cards
  • Process Optimization: You support the development department in automating processes so that they can continue to act quickly and efficiently in the future
  • Documentation: You document your knowledge and complex interrelationships in our knowledge database

Show us, what you’ve got

  • Education & Experience: You have completed a degree in a technical field or a comparable IT-related education, and have a very good understanding of technical contexts
  • Tech Stack: Ideally, you have knowledge in the following:
    • Programming Languages: Experience in JavaScript, PHP, C++ is a plus, but not mandatory
    • Databases: MySQL or MariaDB
    • Tools: Easy Redmine, Jira or similar ticketing / support management systems
    • Protocols: HTTP, FTP, SFTP, SSH, etc.
  • Personality: You are a self-starter, a great team player and bring excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a logical and pragmatic attitude
  • Language Skills: In our intercultural environment, you can easily communicate in English in any situation (knowledge of German is an advantage)
  • Location: Your work location is Martinsried
