Do, what you love

  • Supporting: You support and troubleshoot Production incidents as 3rd level support and maintain the tickets in close liaison with 1st and 2nd level support teams
  • Error Analysis: You analyze, solve, and document pre-qualified problems from transaction logs and database
  • Process Management: You contribute to the improvement of processes
  • Interface: You are the interface between operations and delivery teams and respond to technical inquiries
  • Monitoring: You monitor production environments for transactions and support go-live deployments
  • Cooperation: You closely collaborate with Operations teams and ATM vendors on hardware and software installations

Show us, what you’ve got

  • Education & Experience:  You have a degree in a technical field or an IT related education and have already gained 3 years of work experience
  • Tech Stack: You ideally bring knowledge in:
    • Programming Languages: experience working with C++, PHP would be an advantage
    • Libraries & Technologies: CEN XFS
    • Tools & Utilities: Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, MS Office, Team City, Jenkins, Git
    • Databases: MySQL, Maria DB
    • Protocols/ISO: TCP/IP, ISO 8583
    • Operating System: Windows, Linux
  • Personality: You are a team player, want to demonstrate your analytical skills and have a quick grasp of technical issues as well as a high level of logical thinking
  • Language Skills: You can easily communicate in English in our intercultural environment and in any situation
  • Location: Your place of work is in Martinsried near Munich
