Do, what you love

  • Employee Responsibility: You have the personnel responsibility for the sales team and constantly develop the team members further
  • KPIs & Targets: You define KPIs and targets for the entire sales team
  • Sales Strategies: You are responsible for the conception, implementation and expansion of sales strategies in the area of payments and develop new business ideas in cooperation with our business development team
  • Sales Activities: You identify potential sales partners, manage partner sales activities (from lead generation to contract closure) and maintain relationships with our key customers and partners
  • Marketing & Promotions: You initiate marketing activities, participation in trade fairs and conferences as well as other activities
  • Optimisation: You are the idea generator for the introduction and further development of existing processes and standards

  • Leadership Experience: You have relevant experience in leading sales teams and enjoy the continuous development of your employees
  • Payment Know-How: You have already gained extensive experience in B2B sales as well as in the payment industry, ideally with payment transactions and network operation services
  • Motivation: You draw your energy from the dynamic everyday life of a sales professional, set high standards for sales successes and know how to motivate your team to achieve their best performance
  • Working Style: You stand behind our solutions with full commitment and passion and are not afraid to familiarise yourself with technically complex contexts
  • Personality: You are an open, empathetic and result-oriented leader
  • Language Skills: You can easily communicate in German and English in our intercultural environment in any situation
  • Location: Your place of work is in Martinsried near Munich
