Do, what you love

  • Reception Service: You provide our national and international guests with a warm welcome and professional service
  • Contact person (m/f/d): You organize the reception, are the contact person for our employees as well as for our guests 
  • Meeting Management: You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of meetings as well as the management of the conference rooms
  • Office Management: You are responsible for office management, e.g. ordering and administration of office materials and beverages as well as processing of complaints
  • Mail Management: You take care of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Support: You will provide support in the areas of occupational safety and facility management

Show us, what you’ve got

  • Education & Experience: You have completed a commercial or comparable education and have already gained relevant professional experience in similar positions in the areas of reception, assistance and office management; we also welcome applications from career changers (m/f/d)
  • Personality: You describe yourself as customer-oriented and as an organizational talent, because you know your tasks in detail and you bring a friendly and positive demeanor even in peak periods due to your flexibility
  • Software Knowledge: You are experienced in the use of MS Office applications
  • Language Skills: You can easily communicate in German and English in our intercultural environment in any situation
  • Location: Your workplace is in Martinsried
