Do, what you love

  • Procurement Management: You will be responsible for procurement management for all incidental demand groups in the company as well as ordering, monitoring and coordinating mobile vouchers, digital codes, sim cards and payment terminals
  • Invoice Verfication: You are responsible for invoice auditing in the area of procurement and content management in an international environment, reconciling goods receipts and preparing invoices for the accounting department
  • Supplier Management: You will be in close correspondence with our international suppliers and will be responsible for supplier management
  • Reporting: You prepare forecasts and purchasing statistics and support the monthly closing process
  • Interface: You provide 2nd level support to our major customers throughout Europe and handle complaints

Show us, what you’ve got

  • Education: You have completed a commercial education, preferably as a wholesale merchant or as an industrial merchant in an international context
  • Experience: You have already gained professional experience in auditing and/or accounting
  • Working Style: Your independent and conscientious way of working is characterized by reliability and a high level of commitment
  • Personality: You bring a high IT affinity as well as a confident handling of MS Office products, especially Excel
  • Language Skills: You can easily communicate with your colleagues and our business partners in German and English
  • Location: Your place of work is Martinsried near Munich
