Do, what you love

  • Customer Support: You are responsible for the operational support of our international brand partners in the software sector
  • Project Management: You coordinate and plan projects: from the product setup process to testing and the roll-out of our products, you are involved everywhere
  • Reporting: You create reports, forecasts and documentation for brand partners, project stakeholders and for internal purposes
  • Support: You support your team in larger projects and actively contribute to the further development of innovative solutions and new concepts
  • Interface: You are the interface and first point of contact for our local teams at epay and our brand partners for technical and general project inquiries

Show us, what you’ve got

  • Education: You have a degree in economics or business informatics or a comparable education; career changers are also welcome!
  • Experience: You have gained initial professional experience in the areas of product management, account management, operations or partner management or project management
  • IT Affinity: You enjoy getting to grips with complex systems, are tech-savvy and have a good working knowledge of the MS Office package
  • Personality: you have excellent interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to work independently and in a customer-focused manner with energy and enthusiasm
  • Language Skills: You can easily communicate in German and English in any situation in our intercultural environment
  • Location: Your working location is Martinsried near Munich
