Operations Support (m/f/d)

• Operations Support: As Operations Support you are responsible for supporting the day-to-day business of our international key accounts in the voucher card sector
• Control & Administration: You will be responsible for transaction audits, reporting, inventory reporting, production planning and testing
• Card Range Planning: In coordination with the logistics department, you will be responsible for our shipment management and quantity planning 
• Meeting Participation: In addition, you will participate in country meetings with customers and other local teams and take notes of all important points and resulting needs for action  
• Contact Person: During all your tasks you are always in contact with our internal teams and our international customers

• Education: You have a commercial or technical education or a comparable degree such as business administration or economics; we also welcome applications from career changers (m/f/d).  
• Experience: You have already gained some experience in operations or sales support, internal sales or a similar commercial position and are proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.  
• Personality: You are an absolute organizational talent with excellent social skills and manage to pursue topics in a friendly but determined manner  
• Language Skills: You can easily communicate in German and English in our intercultural environment in any situation 
• Location: Your place of work is Martinsried near Munich.
