Do, what you love

  • Event Management: You will be responsible for the complete management of trade fairs and internal/external events, from planning to evaluation and further development, including cooperation and control, both internally and with external partners and service providers
  • Live Communication: You develop new communication concepts, supervise special measures and sponsorships with regard to the implementation of further marketing and communication measures
  • Campaigns: You design and manage marketing and communication campaigns for each event on various channels such as Monthly Updates, on our website, on LinkedIn and as standard presentations
  • Presentations: You are responsible for the preparation of presentations and supervise the speakers
  • Contact Person (m/f/d): You are the contact person for clients as well as service providers and take over the coordination and support of all stakeholders before and during the events

Show us, what you’ve got

  • Education & Experience: You have a degree in marketing or event management and have already gained relevant experience in event management or in a comparable position (e.g. in an event agency); we also welcome applications from career changers!
  • Personality: You have already been able to demonstrate your excellent communication skills and organizational talent
  • Working Style: You bring a conceptual and creative way of working, are flexible and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment. In addition, you convince with your proactive, independent and structured way of working.
  • Software Skills: You bring good skills in working with MS Office applications as well as mailing tools and CMS systems and are confident in using social media channels
  • Language Skills: You and can easily communicate in German and English in our intercultural environment
  • Location: Your place of work is Martinsried
