Help us actively shaping the QR Payment of the future! We are looking for an experienced marketing specialist (m/f/d) with a focus on QR Payment who is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies to further advance our QR Payment strategy.
Do, what you love
- Marketing Strategies: As a QR Payment Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing QR Payment marketing strategies and plans, including B2B and B2C metrics
- Online & Offline Marketing Campaigns: For the planning, conduction and follow-up of online and offline marketing campaigns, you will use market and user data as well as data analyses. In doing so, you pursue the goal of supporting merchant and user acquisition, increasing sales and customer retention
- Marketing Campaigns & Promotions: In addition, you manage marketing campaigns and promotions for key accounts in the retail sector and carry out joint marketing activities
- Relationship Management: As a QR Payment Marketing Specialist, it is your responsibility to build and maintain strong relationships with QR Payment user groups and associations to ensure that your marketing campaigns are aligned with the needs of your target audience
Show us, what you’ve got
- Education & Experience: You have a degree in marketing or communications or a comparable qualification and have gained extensive experience in in-store, online and in-app marketing so that you can optimise our marketing strategy on all channels
- Industry Knowledge: It would also be an advantage if you have previous experience in retail brands, e-commerce or cross-border tourism to better understand our business objectives and better target our marketing strategy to meet the needs of our customers
- Market Knowledge: To be successful in this role, you should also be familiar with the Chinese mobile market and user behaviour as we operate in this market. If you also have experience with the Asian social media environment and marketing dynamics, this will be an advantage
- Working Style: A careful, structured and independent way of working is a matter of course for you
- Communication Skills: Your strong communication skills show in your ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different departments and user groups, keeping a cool head even in stressful situations
- Language Skills: You can easily communicate in German and English in our intercultural environment in any situation
- Location: You will be based in Martinsried near Munich
- Willingness to Travel: This role requires a willingness to travel up to 50% in Germany to meet our clients and business partners in person and to manage marketing campaigns on site
