Do, what you love

  • Customer Support: You are responsible for the support and strategic development of key accounts in Switzerland and independently conduct contract and condition negotiations
  • Project Management: You set project goals agreed with the customer, ensure their implementation and are responsible for the quantity planning of the products
  • Product Management: You optimize and expand existing product portfolios and advise your customers on new products, prepare sales forecasts and introduce new products from A to Z to your key accounts
  • Reporting & Analysis: You are responsible for performance and competitive analysis
  • Promotion: You coordinate marketing campaigns in cooperation with retail and brand partners and develop innovative and alternative solutions taking into account the holistic epay portfolio
  • Collaboration: You work closely with various internal departments as well as external stakeholders to successfully implement projects

Show us, what you’ve got

  • Education & Experience: You have a degree in business administration or a comparable education and have already gained several years of sales experience in the retail sector; ideally in the financial services, online business or payment sector; we also welcome career changers!
  • Customer Orientation: You are characterized by a friendly and service-oriented approach to our customers and you are open to approx. 30% travel
  • IT Knowledge: You have a basic affinity for IT systems
  • Personality: You are characterized by a productive and structured way of working and your high motivation makes it easy for you to contribute new ideas effectively
  • Language Skills: You can easily communicate in German and English in our intercultural environment in any situation. Knowledge of Italian or French is an advantage
  • Location: You live close to the Swiss border and work from your home office
