Do, what you love
- Management Responsibility: You will take over the technical and disciplinary management as well as continuous development of the controlling team
- Financial Statements: You ensure the processes for the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and control the national and international financial statements
- Reporting & Analysis: You prepare reports and analyses for the management, local sales units and our American parent company
- Forecast & Budget Planning: You are responsible for the preparation and evaluation of monthly forecasts and annual budget planning
- Business Case Calculations: You will be responsible for the preparation, execution and presentation of business case calculations and initiate new projects within Finance
- Recommendations for Action: You support the management in the business management of the company and in strategic decision making
- Process Optimization: You further develop our controlling and reporting instruments and contribute to the optimization of workflows, incl. process standardization
- Interface Function: You act as an internal interface between cross-departmental topics
Show us, what you’ve got
- Education & Experience: You have completed a business degree with a focus on controlling / accounting and have already gained several years of professional experience in controlling as well as management experience
- Accounting: You have very good practical knowledge in accounting according to US GAAP
- Work Style: You have a strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset as well as the ability to filter decision-relevant information from a multitude of data and identify potential for improvement
- Communication Skills: You are an excellent communicator (m/f/d) and have very good presentation skills
- Software Skills: You are confident in using MS Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI; knowledge in using DATEV and Epicor iScala is an advantage
- Language Skills: You can easily communicate in German and English in our intercultural environment in any situation
- Location: Your place of work is Martinsried near Munich
