Lead global finance projects and optimize processes with us!
Are you an experienced project manager (m/f/d) in the finance area with a strong understanding of financial processes and principles? You are technically skilled, have excellent interpersonal skills and work independently and customer-oriented with energy and enthusiasm? Then we are looking for exactly you!
Do, what you love
- Global Project Management: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the global project management of several finance projects and ensure their successful conduction in compliance with company policies, procedures and legal requirements
- Risk Management: You will identify and resolve project risks and difficulties
- Reporting & Documentation: In addition, you create business cases and documentation, monitor project progress and report status to involved stakeholders
- Process Optimization: As an IT-affine project manager with a strong focus on the finance department, you will support the optimization of new and existing finance processes and audit trails
- Contract Review: One focus of your task will be the review of contracts regarding their financial requirements and standards (especially VAT classification)
- Interface: You will be the link between legal, finance and IT departments in the implementation of new tools and new business opportunities
Show us, what you’ve got
- Education & Experience: You have a degree in economics or business informatics or a comparable education and have already gained some professional experience in project management in the financial sector – a strong understanding of financial processes and principles is an advantage
- IT Affinity: You enjoy getting to know complex issues, are technically savvy and have good skills in using MS Office products
- Personality: You have excellent interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to work independently and in a customer-focused manner with energy and enthusiasm
- Language Skills: You can easily communicate in German and English in our intercultural environment in any situation
- Location: Your place of work is in Martinsried near Munich
