Do, what you love
- Solution Strategy: You accept written and telephone inquiries, process them and find the optimal solution for our customers
- Customer: You support our customers from the retail sector with questions and comments and take care of targeted processing
- Documentation: You document processed requests in the ticket system and ensure a transfer of knowledge by entering them in our knowledge database

- Education & Experience: You have already gained initial experience in customer service
- Process Understanding: You distinguish yourself through technical understanding and enjoy explaining technical relationships in a comprehensible way for our customers
- Customer Orientation: You have a friendly, service-oriented appearance and work strongly customer-oriented
- Personality: You have a convincing character, but at the same time you are empathetic to our customers in every matter
- Communication: You have good communication skills and are an absolute team player
- Language Skills: You have fluent written and spoken German and a good basic knowledge of English
- Location: Your workplace is in Martinsried
