We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Controller (m/f/d) to support our Finance team and contribute to our company’s success. If you have a passion for numbers, an analytical mindset and a flair for business strategies, this could be the perfect position for you!
Do, what you love
- Controlling: You’ll be responsible for improving the monthly close, including implementing new classifications for new business and integrating them into the planning process
- Process Optimization: With your contribution to the continuous development of reporting and reporting systems, including database reporting, you will ensure a constant improvement of our business processes
- Potential Analyses: Through comprehensive potential analyses for our business areas, you create transparency in the payment flows and identify valuable potential that needs to be exploited
- Reporting: You are responsible for creating meaningful month-end reports and well-founded variance analyses; this enables us to effectively analyze trends and evaluate the company’s performance on a sound basis
Show us, what you’ve got
- Education & Experience: You have a degree in economics or comparable qualifications and already have several years of professional experience in controlling; career changers with ambitions are also welcome!
- Personality: Your strong communication and presentation skills are what make you stand out
- Work Style: You act on your own initiative, are a team player and results-oriented
- Software Skills: You have a comprehensive understanding of processes in databases and accounting; in addition, you have experience with DATEV, Power BI, Excel and SQL (MariaDB / MS SQL).
- Language Skills: You can easily communicate in German and English in our intercultural environment in any situation
- Location: Your place of work is Martinsried
