Do, what you love
- Invoice Management: You are responsible for posting and paying PIN invoices as well as administrative invoices
- Travel Expense Management: You carry out the booking of travel expenses as well as AMEX
- Accounting: You take over the asset accounting independently
- Accounts Payable Management: You support the verification of accounts payable
- Interface: You coordinate with our internal departments such as Procurement and Billing as well as external suppliers and process open items
Show us, what you’ve got
- Education & Experience: You have a good business degree, ideally with additional training as an accountant (m/f/d), and have already gained 1-2 years of work experience in accounts payable
- Specialized Knowledge: You have good knowledge in the area of travel expense accounting and sales tax
- Software Knowledge: You have experience working with accounting systems and are confident in using MS Office
- Work Style: You are characterized by a structured way of working, enjoy working in a team and are able to work under pressure
- Language Skills: You can easily communicate with your colleagues and our business partners in German and English
- Location: Your place of work is in Martinsried near Munich
